Saeed Marince, CSCP — Founder of SM Growth Advisory
Currently Supply Chain Lead at Nike SA
With over 15 years in logistics and supply chain operations, Saeed has worked across complex global environments while building a passion for helping professionals grow. He has further sharpened his leadership and business thinking through executive education at the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS).
SM Growth Advisory was born out of his own learning journey. Studying independently, Saeed found that traditional approaches were rigid and one-dimensional — material was everywhere, but the accountability, flexibility, and practical guidance needed to actually finish were missing.
So he built what he wished he'd had: programs like the CSCP Success Program that combine structured guidance, real-world application, and personalised support designed around the realities of working professionals.
